A new style of National Anthem
12 years ago a person came up with an idea that the National Anthem hasn’t ever been sung by deaf and mute children and what a wonderful idea it would be, if only one could make that idea come to light.
Many meetings with the Helen Keller Institute finally saw them agree to his idea and they very graciously allowed him to shoot the children in order to make this film and give them a voice that India needs to hear ! They called it ‘The Silent National Anthem’ The film naturally had many imperfections but therein lied the humaneness and perfection in its final rendition.
