Remembrance

 जीवन के सफ़र में राही...मिलते हैं बिछड़ जाने को...और दे जाते हैं यादें...तनहाई में तड़पाने कॊ...

How true this song is after so many years. 

During the last one year or so I have lost three friends. Their memories disturbs my mind and heart off and on. 

First of the trio is Tanyaa Ganguly. Tanyaa was a vivacious young lady. She was very much fond of my writings. Her favourite dialogues were: Dada, I am waiting for the next part of the post or Dada, why you are not writing, or Dada, I am in this group just to read your writings....sometimes just for her I had to complete my unfinished writing quickly. We were friends since 2013. 

Tanyaa had a cerebral attack on 3rd May 2019 and was admitted to CMRI Kolkata. Alas! She passed away on 5th May 2019. A young life was cut short. 

Second is Abhijit Sircar. Abhijit and me were not only FB friends but also school classmates. 

Suddenly God called him back on 13th August 2020. We last chatted on 07th August. He left behind his wife and son.

Third in the list is Jiben Changdar. He was from Shiliguri. We were friends since last 9 years. Middle aged Jiben babu was a intelligent well read person. 

He also left for his heavenly abode very suddenly in July. 

Tanyaa, Abhijit and Jiben Babu, I have not forgotten you all.  I always remember the people whom I love. I am praying and will always be praying that you three may live happily ever after at the lotus feet of Ma Durga.
